Typical Homework Assignments for the Week:
The homework that is assigned supports and provides extra practice in conjunction with what is being taught in the classroom. It is not busy work. The homework will be assigned on the first school day of the week and due the last school day of that same week. Typically this will mean that the homework is assigned on Monday and then due on Friday of that same week. This will allow the students to develop a plan that allows them to be successful in completing all of their homework correctly and on time. The exceptions to this will be math test study guides, book reports, and Toastmaster speeches. Students, along with their parents, should make sure that answers are correct before the homework is turned in. Homework must be turned in complete and on time to get full homework credit.
